No one likes the inconvenience of water damage at their home but I knew I was going to be taken care of when Teagan and Shawn showed up for the mitigation. Teagan explained every step of the process, always making sure I was informed and felt comfortable with everything going on. His communication was excellent and he even answered a text from me on the weekend when something came up. He is an asset to your company and a true example of excellent customer service. Shawn was great too, very friendly and worked hard taking care of my damage as well as answering questions. They both got me ready for the next step of the process - the rebuild.
